Big Bike Revival - Learn to Fix
‘Learn to Fix’ sessions involve the teaching of basic roadside maintenance issues including preventative maintenance, punctures, broken chains, basic gear adjustments and the selection and use of multi-tools. Some sessions are designed to be introductory and some at an intermediate level assuming some previous experience but we will strive to adapt to the needs of the group.
Big Bike Revival - Learn to Fix

BIG BIKE REVIVAL ‘FIX’ sessions provide the opportunity to get your bike checked for mechanical faults, free of charge.
Simple problems can be fixed and adjustments made there and then, whilst bigger problems will need referring on to local bike servicing workshops.
Please drop your bike at Makers Mews at the start time of the session you choose to sign up for.

Hands-on instruction on how to ride a bike or improve your cycling technique
We’ll provide encouragement and understanding, helping you overcome your barriers to cycling - ask us questions like ‘why do lamp posts have a magnetic pull, causing me to cycle into them!?’ or ‘how do you do a really cool skid?’ or better still ‘how the FRICK do people cycle UP hills?!’
